We, CommuniTreat Ltd., company number 516376241 (the "Company", or "we", "us" and "our" in their various forms), respect your privacy and are therefore committed to making every effort to protect it. The purpose of this Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy" or the "Policy") is, among other things, to explain the Company's practices with respect to the privacy of users of the website (the "Users" or the "User") operated by the Company at https://www.communitreat.com/, including any other digital platform used by the Company in connection with marketing activity or any other activity vis-à-vis Users (the "Site").

This Policy is drafted in the masculine form for convenience only, but is intended for women and men alike.

1.General

1.1This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Site, available at the following link: Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use"), which together constitute a single binding legal agreement between the User and the Company. Definitions in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms, unless expressly stated otherwise herein.
1.2By using the Site you give your full consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, in whole or in part, please refrain from making any use of the Site.

2.Provision of personal information

2.1When you use the Site, the Company may collect, store and record the information relating to such use, independently or with the assistance of third-party service providers as detailed below.
2.2Contacting the Company through the contact methods available on the Site requires the provision of personal information in order to handle the enquiry. When using the Site to contact the Company, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your full name, email address, telephone number, area of residence, and any further detail required in order to address the enquiry.
2.3Information that you provided to us of your own free will, where you wish to contact us or to register to receive updates.

It is clarified that you are not obliged by law to provide these details, and their provision depends solely upon your free will and consent.

You may refrain from providing us with certain personal data; however, you acknowledge that this may prevent us from providing you with certain services or from allowing you to use our platforms. Our platforms are available to relevant users, visitors or customers, and certain functions may require registration and the submission of certain personal data, as described in this Privacy Policy. We will retain the personal data that you provide to us on the Site and in the services in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3.What types of information does the Company collect about you through the Site?

3.1Personal information, including "information" within the meaning of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. The personal information that you provided to the Company will be stored in the "Rav Messer" system only, for the purpose of managing the mailing list, and is not stored on the Site itself. The Company may use hosting-server and backup-server providers by means of third parties in Israel or abroad.
3.2In this context, "personal information" means the aggregate of data which may, in themselves or when placed side by side, serve to identify a person, including registration data, first name and surname, email address, area of residence and any other personal detail provided to the Company or which the Company collects during use of the Site, when contacting us, or in any other manner (for example, home address / mailing address, user data, device identifier, usage history, the IP address that the User provides automatically in accordance with the network or device that he is using). Likewise, information regarding the manner and means of your use of the Site insofar as it involves characteristics that identify an individual User.
3.3Statistical information for the purposes of information services and traffic analysis, analytics and Site protection services. During use of the Site, statistical information may accumulate, among other things regarding your practices, the pages that you viewed, and the offers and services that were of interest to you, collected by means of technological tools, including Google Analytics. The information collected is stored on Google Analytics' servers, and the Company uses it for statistical purposes and in order to improve the User experience on the Site.
3.4The registration form on the Site is protected by means of the Google reCAPTCHA service, for the purpose of preventing automated submission and spam. Google's terms of service and privacy policy apply to this use.
3.5For the avoidance of doubt, anonymous statistical information will be retained in accordance with the Company's procedures and needs, subject to applicable law, and any statistical information which is related or linked to personal information may be regarded as personal information for so long as that connection subsists.
3.6"Statistical information" means information containing various data which are not identifying and which cannot, in themselves, lead to your exposure or to the discovery of their source. Statistical information includes anonymous and technical information, as well as information collected regarding the behaviour of Users, and may include, among other things, the manner and means of a User's activity on the Site, the identity of the User's operating system and browser type, the mobile device type and the mobile device version, the device language, click stream, and the intensity, form and manner of keystrokes, and so forth. The statistical information collected by us (including by means of Google Analytics and additional analytics tools and third parties at the Company's discretion) may contain information regarding your usage practices and your behaviour patterns on the Site, the services that you requested, the geographic location of the device from which you connected to the Site, browser and the like.
3.7In addition to the information detailed above, the Company may collect and process further information by means of advanced tools for the analysis of user behaviour. Such information may include the analysis of browsing patterns and behaviour on the Site, content preferences and areas of interest, interactions with marketing content, as well as advanced technical information regarding the device and the browser. The Company reserves the right to embed in the Site any type of plug-in, pixel, or other tracking technology, whether existing today or developed in the future. Such use may include advanced systems for data analysis, advertising and marketing platforms, optimisation and personalisation tools, marketing-automation systems and further technologies that serve the Company's purposes. Any use of such technologies shall be subject to this Privacy Policy and to the provisions of any law.

4.Purposes of the collection and use of the information

4.1Communication with Users; in order to make contact where the Company believes that there is a need to do so, including updating, confirming or informing you on matters relating to your enquiries and to the services that you requested;
4.2In order to enable you to use the Site and any landing page, as well as for the purposes of operating, changing and improving the content and the services on the Site and adapting them to the character of the Site's Users;
4.3In order to comply with the requirements of any law, including for the purposes of legal proceedings and orders, including discovery orders or the request of a governmental or regulatory authority and/or any other competent authority;
4.4In order to obtain general information regarding Users, so as to offer you exposure to relevant content and/or to send you from time to time newsletters and/or messages, including updates regarding new features on the Site and various notices and/or advertisements which we think that you may find of interest, and including for direct-mailing purposes as detailed in section 7 below;
4.5For any other purpose in connection with the provision of our services, and in order to enable the adaptation of the services to your preferences, including any purpose detailed in this Policy and/or in other sections of the Terms and/or a purpose to which you expressly consent.

5.Sharing information with third parties

5.1We do not share personal or identifying information collected from you with third parties, except in the cases detailed below:
5.2The provision of information to the Company's service providers and/or to those acting on its behalf, including the parties detailed in section 3 above, and including its business partners, for the purpose of the collection, holding, processing, analysis or management of your information, or the provision and operation of the Company's services, and including for direct-mailing purposes as detailed in section 7 below, all under an undertaking of confidentiality insofar as the sharing of the information so requires;
5.3The Company may transfer statistical information, for consideration or without consideration, to third parties with which it has business or other relationships, including companies engaged in the analysis of anonymous statistical information as aforesaid, for the purpose of improving the services offered on the Site and on the landing page, or for other purposes, at the Company's sole discretion;
5.4To corporations related to the Company and its controlling shareholders, including parent companies, subsidiaries and companies under their control;
5.5If the Company requested your permission and you gave your express consent thereto;
5.6At your demand and/or in order to provide you with a response in accordance with your request;
5.7In order to identify, prevent or address security problems or technical problems, as well as situations in which use of the Company's Site is made by a person who appears not to be authorised, and this in order to prevent fraud and impersonation;
5.8In a case in which the Company believes that the provision of the information is necessary in order to prevent serious harm to the property and/or the person of third parties and/or other Users and/or any of the Company's employees and/or any of its customers, or in order to prevent other injury or damage in the Company's discretion;
5.9In a case in which the terms of the Privacy Policy have been breached by the User, or the Terms of Use or the platform's terms, and/or in cases in which acts contrary to the provisions of any law and/or to the Terms of Use and/or the Terms were performed or attempted;
5.10In order to comply with the provisions of any law, including any statute, regulation, legal proceeding, discovery order or governmental order, or the request of a court or any competent instance or other authority, directing the Company to deliver your details or the personal information regarding you to the court or to the instance or the other authority or to any third party;
5.11By reason of a dispute, allegation, claim, demand and/or legal proceedings conducted between you and/or anyone on your behalf and the Company and/or anyone on its behalf;
5.12If the Company reorganises the activity of the Site within the framework of another corporation, or sells the activity of the Site, and/or transfers in any manner whatsoever the Site or a landing page, in whole or in part, to any third party, for consideration or without consideration, whether by way of the assignment of rights or by way of the grant of a licence or sub-licence — and likewise in the event that the Company merges with another entity and/or is sold to another entity and/or merges its activity and/or the activity of the Site with the activity of a third party, provided that such third party shall be obliged to comply with the rules of the Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy.
5.13The Company reserves the right to use any third-party platform, tool or service existing today or which shall be developed in the future, which may assist in improving the services, analysing the information, or promoting its business activity. Use of such services may include the transfer of information to servers located outside the borders of Israel, subject to the provisions of the law and while taking appropriate security measures. The Company shall act in order to verify that all of the service providers and the external platforms that it uses are committed to high standards of information security and privacy protection.

6.Users' rights

6.1As a rule, personal information shall be retained in the Company's databases for the period of time required by the Company in order to respond to the User's enquiry on the Site and to provide the relevant service to the User, as the case may be, and for so long as the Company has a legitimate need or a legal or other obligation to retain it under any law. Anonymous information shall be retained in the Company's information systems without limitation of time (for so long as this is not prohibited under any law).
6.2The Company will enable you to review the personal information regarding you which has accumulated in the Company's database, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. We will act to fulfil your request for review, or if you have found that the information is incorrect or is not up to date, and this in accordance with that which is incumbent upon us by law, insofar as you request to correct, update or delete the information, by sending an enquiry to the Company by email as detailed below.
6.3Before we permit you to review and/or update and/or delete the personal information which has accumulated regarding you, further steps may be required of us, such as the verification of your identity and the like. After we receive a request to review information, we will act in order to provide you with the requested information within a reasonable time in accordance with the provisions of the law.
6.4Please note that the deletion of the personal information as aforesaid may prevent the Company from acting in accordance with the purpose for which the information was provided, such as where details were left in the course of an enquiry regarding the Company's services. Should you request the Company to delete the personal information concerning you, the Company reserves the right, and you hereby authorise the Company, to convert the personal information into statistical information which shall not enable your identification.
6.5You confirm and agree that the information regarding you may also be transferred outside the borders of the State of Israel, including for the purposes of storage and processing, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

7.Direct mailing and advertising material

7.1The provision of your personal details on the Site, on a landing page or by any other means, and/or joining the Company's WhatsApp groups, constitutes your express consent to receive email and/or text messages (SMS) and/or WhatsApp messages from the Company, including service messages (such as messages relating to the services which the Company provides, an update regarding the Company's services, including additional services, and messages containing content which meets the definition of "advertising material" under section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasts) Law, 5742-1982. Such messages may contain value propositions regarding the Company's services and products, relating to products or services similar to the services consumed by the User, including information regarding the Company's activity and/or regarding products and services offered by it, events and conferences, professional reviews and so forth, and this by various means including email, electronic message, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, push notifications and notifications, facsimile and automatic dialling system.
7.2You are entitled at any time to notify the Company of your wish to remove your address from the distribution list of recipients of "advertising material", by means of one of the alternatives specified in the "advertising material" message and/or by contacting us through other communication channels. In such case the Company shall refrain from sending messages which comprise advertising material only. It is clarified that this does not preclude the sending of service messages by the Company.
7.3Some of the Company's approaches to you may be made within the framework of a personal approach, on the basis of belonging to a population group determined according to one or more characteristics of persons whose names are included in the database. Under the provisions of the law you are entitled to demand in writing that the information relating to you be deleted from the direct-mailing database.

8.Links to third-party websites

8.1Certain links on the Site enable you to enter websites or internet information sources which do not belong to the Company. These linked websites are not subject to the Company's control, and it is not responsible for the availability of these external websites or information sources, nor for their privacy policies, including the collection of information.
8.2The Company shall bear no liability, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused, or alleged to have been caused, by or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, any content, offer or service available within or by means of links available on the Site or linked to it. Most of these linked websites provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policies applicable to the use of those websites, and we recommend that you read these documents carefully before using the websites.

9.Information security

The Company acts in accordance with accepted standards and in accordance with the provisions of the law. The Company implements advanced security measures and protection systems against cyber risks. Please note that these systems reduce the risks of unauthorised intrusion into the Company's platforms and the Company's servers, however they do not provide absolute security against breach and/or unauthorised access as aforesaid. In light of the foregoing, the Company does not undertake that the servers shall be absolutely immune to intrusion and/or unauthorised access to the information stored on them. The Company shall bear no liability in cases of the disclosure and use of the aforesaid information resulting from unauthorised intrusions by others.

10.Changes to this Privacy Policy, and contact

10.1We reserve the right to change the terms of the Privacy Policy, from time to time and as required, at our sole discretion and even without an undertaking to give notice, whether in advance and/or retrospectively. The changes which are made, if made, shall come into effect immediately upon the presentation of the updated Privacy Policy on the Site. Accordingly, we recommend that you review this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the website after such changes have been made shall evidence your consent to those changes and to the updated Privacy Policy. Insofar as you do not agree to the aforesaid changes, in whole or in part, please refrain from continuing to use the Site, or contact us for assistance. It should be noted that, should we make changes which in our discretion materially affect your rights, we may take reasonable measures in order to display a prominent notice to this effect on the Company's website or by means of an email alert.
